Cancellation Policy

To ensure sufficient consultation time for each patient, our clinic operates on a strict appointment-only basis.

By making a reservation, we reserve the examination room, medical equipment, the time of the doctor and medical staff, and the availability of medications in advance.
Therefore, since last-minute cancellations or appointment changes due to patients' circumstances affect other patients' opportunities to receive treatment, we have established the following cancellation policy.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to maintain a smooth medical system.

1. Cases in which cancellation fees apply

In the following cases, a cancellation fee may be charged.

  • Cancellations made two days prior to the appointment date to the day of the appointment.

  • Changes to a different day from the previous day (one day before the appointment) to the current day.

  • Unauthorized cancellation without prior notice

  • Significant lateness without prior notice

2. Regarding cancellation fees

  • Cancellation on the day of the appointment/change to another date: 100% of the scheduled consultation/treatment fee.

  • Cancellation/rescheduling on the day before (1 day prior to the appointment): 50% of the scheduled consultation/treatment fee.

  • Cancellation two days prior to the scheduled appointment: 30% of the scheduled consultation/treatment fee.

3. Regarding changes and cancellations to your reservation

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone at least three days prior to your scheduled appointment time during our business hours .

If you contact us within the deadline, no cancellation fee will be charged.

*Even if you contact us to inform us that you will be late on the day of your appointment, we may not be able to perform the scheduled consultation or treatment depending on the appointment schedule. In that case, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation, so please understand in advance.

4. Others

In cases of unavoidable circumstances (such as sudden illness, accident, or disaster), we will review your situation and provide individual assistance.

Furthermore, if repeated cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for our clinic to continue providing medical care, we may restrict or refuse future appointments.
