Medical consultation/second opinion
What is a second opinion?
A second opinion is when you ask a doctor at a different medical institution for a "second opinion" about your diagnosis, treatment progress, treatment options, etc., apart from your primary doctor. The purpose is to deepen your understanding of your illness and treatment, leading to treatment that you are satisfied with.

Those eligible for a second opinion
● Patients themselves (those aged 15 or older with solid cancer)
● Patient's family
*If a family member is visiting the hospital instead of the patient themselves, please bring an insurance card (My Number card) or other document that can verify the relationship to the patient.
