Hello. This is Immunus Clinic Nihonbashi.
This time, we would like to introduce hyperthermia (heat therapy), which is used at our hospital.
Hyperthermia (thermotherapy) in cancer treatment is a treatment method that utilizes the fact that cancer cells are sensitive to heat to warm the deep tissues of the body.
Cancer tissue is more sensitive to heat than normal tissue, and warming it at an appropriate temperature is expected to damage cancer cells and improve blood flow. It has also been reported that this can make it easier for immune cells and anticancer drugs to reach the tumor, and it is being used in combination with immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
At Immunus Clinic Nihonbashi, we have introduced the latest model of hyperthermia equipment manufactured by Yamamoto Vinita Co., Ltd. This equipment allows for efficient heating to deep tissues, enabling us to provide safe treatment tailored to each patient's condition.
At our clinic, we believe it's not just about raising the temperature, but about "maintaining an appropriate temperature while warming for a sufficient amount of time."
Our experienced staff will monitor your condition throughout your treatment, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind.
Furthermore, hyperthermia is not only available as a private treatment, but can also be covered by insurance if certain conditions are met. Patients who qualify for insurance coverage can receive up to eight treatments over a two-month period.
If you wish to continue treatment afterward, we will discuss it with you based on your condition and treatment plan.
Whether or not insurance coverage applies will be determined by the doctor after an examination, so please feel free to consult with us.
At our clinic, we do not use hyperthermia alone,
immunotherapy
High-concentration vitamin C intravenous drip
Hydrogen inhalation therapy
Ozone therapy
Nutritional therapy
By combining these elements, we propose integrated medical care tailored to each individual's condition.
Our aim is to create a better treatment environment by drawing out the body's natural healing abilities.
Finally, there are various options for cancer treatment.
Hyperthermia is one of the treatment options that can be performed with relatively little burden on the body.
At Immunus Clinic Nihonbashi, we work closely with patients and their families to propose treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
If you would like to learn more about thermotherapy, please feel free to contact us.
Our entire staff will do our utmost to support you and be of assistance to you.
